Strategi Green Human Resource Management dalam Meningkatkan Employer Branding di Era Keberlanjutan

This research explores the role of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in enhancing employer branding in the context of sustainability. The study employed a systematic literature review to analyze the relationship between GHRM practices and their impact on employer branding, with a focus on environmental and social responsibility within organizations. Key findings revealed that the integration of sustainable practices into human resource management not only contributes to the company’s environmental goals but also strengthens its employer branding, making it more attractive to potential talent. Companies that adopt GHRM strategies are more likely to attract and retain employees who share values aligned with sustainability. However, the research also identified several challenges in implementing GHRM, including limited resources, lack of understanding, and inconsistent commitment from management. The study concludes that while GHRM offers substantial benefits for both organizational reputation and talent acquisition, effective implementation requires strong leadership and continuous support from all organizational levels.
