Meningkatkan Disiplin Melalui Metode Reward dan Punishment pada Peserta Didik di MAN 2 Kota Serang

This research aims to determine the extent to which discipline is adhered to and improves, reduces the number of students' disciplinary violations and makes students able to compete to be able to obey the rules in an orderly manner and enforce the rules of discipline among students at MAN 2 Serang City using the Reward method. and Punishment. The research uses qualitative research using descriptive research by describing the condition of the subject at that time, and also describing the field as it is without any engineering. The results of the research show that the discipline at MAN 2 Serang City is running well, but its implementation cannot be completely adhered to by students. However, the advantage of the discipline that is already running optimally is the implementation of congregational prayers every Dhuhr and Asr. The sample used in this research was random sampling and obtained 25 students who committed violations in each class to become samples in the research. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that using the reward and punishment method can have a positive impact on increasing discipline and reducing the number of violations of the rules and regulations. The punishment given is in the form of points and the reward given is in the form of revised points.
