Abstract

Electric Rail Trains (KRL) is a mode of transportation with a driving force using electrical energy. With all its advantages, KRL is the choice for urban communities, especially workers and students. Good and satisfying service needs to be provided as an effort to provide satisfaction to service users. Queues are a problem that often occurs in real life if service providers (providers) are not comparable to service users (customers) which causes service needs to exceed service capacity. To achieve good service, it is necessary to analyze the queuing system so that customer waiting times are not too long. The research was carried out by simulation using ARENA 14.0 software. Based on the research results obtained, the service is good, indicated by the short service time and waiting time for KRL passengers.
