This research investigates the crucial role played by business competition law in encouraging innovation and economic efficiency. Through conceptual analysis, this research explains how business competition law acts as a regulatory framework that ensures healthy competition in the market. By preventing the formation of monopolies and oligopolies and prohibiting anti-competitive practices, business competition law creates an environment that stimulates innovation and efficiency. In addition, competition law works together with intellectual property law to protect and encourage investment in research and development. By ensuring consumer protection and encouraging companies to increase production efficiency, business competition law provides an important impetus for sustainable economic growth. In conclusion, a deep understanding of the role of business competition law is very important to build a dynamic and competitive business ecosystem, which in turn will strengthen innovation and efficiency in the economy.
