Upaya Peningkatan Bisnis UMKM Melalui Pelatihan Digitalisasi di Kelurahan Pondok Kahuru Ciomas Kabupaten Serang

Community Service Activities in Pondok Kahuru Village, Ciomas District, Serang Regency are carried out through online marketing to improve UMKM businesses. Based on the results of the situation analysis, the problems faced by partners can be identified, namely the lack of knowledge and understanding of UMKM actors regarding digital marketing technology, especially online marketing which is still not optimal, and the absence of assistance for UMKM towards Digital Marketing.The purpose of this activity is to provide Online Marketing training to UMKM actors in Pondok Kahuru Village, Ciomas District, Serang Regency so that their businesses can grow. The expected benefits of this community service activity are that UMKM participants have the knowledge, understanding, skills, and abilities in utilizing digital marketing technology to manage their businesses through Online Marketing.The approach method used to achieve this goal is participatory training, an approach that emphasizes active participation from partners and assistance in achieving goals. This participatory training approach is implemented through several stages of learning in the form of training and assistance.The planned output targets include publication of PKM journals, print media, certificates, and implementation videos uploaded on Instagram.
