Abstract

This scientific article is the result of community service by carrying out rhythmic exercises to improve children's health and development in various aspects of their lives. Sport is a form of physical activity that involves body movements resulting from the work of skeletal muscles and results in the expenditure of energy and energy, usually of a competitive nature with the aim of improving a person's physical abilities and skills while providing entertainment for players and spectators. The aim of implementing Joint Sports through rhythmic gymnastics is that it is hoped that the physical fitness of both partners, both the student community service team and the Kubu Gajah Learning Studio students, will improve better, as well as maintaining health awareness and physical fitness. The method used in this activity is Participatory Action Research (PAR). Physical activity carried out in a structured, planned and regular manner is an effort to improve physical fitness. This community service activity is in partnership with PTMA located near Kampung Kubu Gajah, Shah Alam, Selanggor, Malaysia. Gajah has 15 members and lasts for 3 weeks at the Kubu Gajah Learning Studio. Overall, from week one to week three, participants experienced initial adjustment, then began to see improvements in various physical aspects such as strength, flexibility, and endurance. With consistency and dedication in an exercise program, participants can continue to see further progress in their fitness journey. After carrying out Joint Sports through rhythmic gymnastics, it is hoped that the physical fitness of both partners, both the student community service team and the Kubu Gajah Learning Studio students, will experience better improvement, as well as maintaining health awareness and physical fitness.
