Pembinaan Seni Budaya Berbasis Data: Inventarisasi Peserta dan Sistem Perengkingan pada Sanggar Seni

Arts and culture development in art studios plays a crucial role in sustaining cultural heritage and enhancing the artistic potential of participants. However, many art studios still implement conventional development practices, particularly in participant data management and systematic evaluation mechanisms. These limitations make it difficult to monitor participant progress objectively and continuously. Therefore, this study aims to comprehensively examine the concept of data-driven arts and culture development through participant inventory systems and ranking mechanisms in art studios. This study employs a literature review method using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources consist of scholarly journal articles, academic books, and institutional reports related to arts and culture development, art studio management, data digitalization, and performance assessment and ranking systems. The data were analyzed through systematic stages, including literature selection, classification, analysis, and synthesis, to construct a comprehensive conceptual framework for data-based arts development. The findings indicate that data-based participant inventory systems significantly enhance the effectiveness of art studio management, particularly in program planning, participant monitoring, and decision-making processes. Furthermore, ranking systems based on clear and measurable assessment criteria contribute to greater objectivity and transparency in evaluating artistic performance. The integration of participant inventory and ranking systems provides art studios with opportunities to develop more structured, accountable, and sustainable development models. This study concludes that data-driven arts and culture development is a strategic and relevant approach for art studios in the digital era, as it supports effective management while preserving artistic values and local cultural identities.
