Implementasi Nilai-Nilai Pancasila dalam Pembentukan Karakter Disiplin dan Tanggung Jawab Siswa Sekolah Dasar

This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The qualitative approach was chosen because the research focuses on an in-depth understanding of the implementation of Pancasila values in a real-life context in elementary schools. Descriptive research aims to describe phenomena occurring in the field in detail, systematically, and factually without any manipulation of variables. This research was conducted at Kaligandu Public Elementary School in Serang City. Based on the results of research on the implementation of Pancasila values in shaping the character of elementary school students, it can be concluded that each principle of Pancasila has been internalized through various school programs and activities. First, the value of Belief in One Almighty God is implemented through the habit of prayer, religious activities, and an attitude of interfaith tolerance that fosters religious character, discipline, and mutual respect. Second, the value of Just and Civilized Humanity is manifested in polite attitudes, mutual assistance activities, and social care programs that foster empathy, a sense of justice, and care for others. Third, the value of Indonesian Unity is instilled through flag ceremonies, national songs, and the commemoration of Independence Day that fosters a sense of love for the homeland, national pride, and a spirit of unity. Fourth, the value of Democracy Led by the Wisdom of Deliberation/Representation is implemented through class deliberations, the election of class presidents, and student councils that instill democratic attitudes, honesty, and fairness, and train leadership. Fifth, the value of Social Justice for All Indonesian People is implemented through sharing activities, class duty rules, and child-friendly class programs that foster a sense of responsibility, discipline, concern, and a fair and non-discriminatory attitude..
